Bundled Repair Plans

Warranty Repairs
We are factory-authorized warranty service center for HP, Xerox, Lexmark, Brother and many others. Bring us your printer, even if you bought it somewhere else! We treat warranty service the same as any emergency repair. During the manufacturer's warranty period, you are entitled to fast, free and courteous service. You can also buy on-site upgrades or extend most warranties - call for details.
Break/Fix Repairs
Simply call us when you need maintenance or repairs. For monochrome laser printers or faxes you will be charged $85 per hour (95% of all calls completed within 1 hour) plus parts. Slightly higher labor rates apply to Color Laser Printers and Plotters. Our per call rate for copier repair is $125/ hr. Parts will be charged extra if required. Free preventive maintenance cleanings will be included with every service call.
Annual Service Agreements
This program is for the customer that does not want any surprises. In the event you require service on a covered printer/fax, you will not incur any charges, except for manufacturer’s defined consumables. All labor & parts are included. Annual fees range depending on the model and accessories attached.
Block Repair Plans
Created for our regular customers that buy 25, 50, 75 or 100 labor hours in advance. Get discounted labor rates, priority response time and free travel. Block plans are discounted based on quantity and do not expire.

For those self-maintainers and dealers who need a reliable source for fast delivery of spare parts, look no further! We stock thousands of low-priced printer parts and provide convenient Exchange Repair Services for fusers, power supplies and electronic components. Local pick-up and delivery is available for your convenience. |
