Included in the price of the cartridges is a full-year, on-site warranty of your printer. Our all-in-one program begins with a complete printer inspection, cleaning and tune-up. After that, if anything goes wrong with your printer, we’ll fix it without any labor charges and with a guaranteed 10% discount on parts and maintenance kits. One call fixes it all. |

We provide free labor on qualified warranty and non-warranty printers and faxes on all of your service calls while providing you with the highest quality OEM compatible cartridges. Since we fix your machines for free, it only makes sense that we provide you with OEM quality. If we provided you with anything but a top notch product, we would be creating problems for ourselves! We do not want to do that!
On any other parts required to fix your machines covered under Total Laser Care, we will provide you with replacement parts at our most discounted rates. Our Total Laser Care customers find they typically save an additional 20-30% off what they have been paying on items such as maintenance kits, fusers, rollers, and other consumable items.

Since we fix your machines for free it only makes sense for us to fix it on the first trip. After all, we are paying for all of the repairs, and multiple trips only cost us money! That is why our technicians are trained at the highest levels possible. In addition, if our technician is called out for service on one printer, we will offer to inspect the other laser printers in the office for free. We have found this pro-active service prevents future headaches and problems for our customers.
